I know that this is an old post, but you have garnered my attention while I am on the site. Her e in the U.S., we have recently had some issue with online documents when they are contested by other family members. Another challenge has been some “shady operators” setting up shop and taking advantage of low, low fees and unsuspecting consumers. I hope that is not happening in the U.K.
